For leaders and high-potentials in innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). As well as startup founders in fast-growing companies who are ready to take the next leap and are looking for support to get there.
You will become more effective and efficient in leadership and develop your team to be even more productive and motivated.

Live sessions take place 1-2 times a month per team (usually on Wednesday evenings) and last an average of 90-120 minutes.
For everything beyond that, you have free time management, and can invest as much or little time as you like in the exchange with others (optional buddy matching), recordings of past focus sessions, pragmatic knowledge from online courses tailored to founder needs, diagnostics and data, AI Leadership Coach.
With “normal” use, you will spend an average of about 1 hour per week—the time you gain as a result (including through a more effective, motivated team and more efficient work on your part) is at least 10x as much…

No prior knowledge is required. We’ve designed the program as self-contained modules, with cross-references to other content, related courses, templates, and in-depth links—so that everyone can easily find the most relevant content for their specific needs.
The only technical requirements required for the live sessions are internet access with a browser and MS Teams. The program is suitable for all devices, i.e. it can be accessed from a laptop as well as a smartphone or tablet.
