For Startup founders and leaders in fast-growing startups who are ready for the next leap and are looking for support to get there. The target size of the startups is 10-80 employees
For Leaders and junior leaders in innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SME).

Live sessions take place 1-2 times a month per team (usually on Wednesday evenings) and last an average of 90-120 minutes.
For everything beyond that, you have free time management, and can invest as much or little time as you like in the exchange with others (optional buddy matching), recordings of past focus sessions, pragmatic knowledge from online courses tailored to founder needs, diagnostics and data, AI Leadership Coach.
With “normal” use, you will spend an average of about 1 hour per week.

Access will then be available for six months .

At check-out, either enter the voucher of the Techniker Krankenkasse for free access or alternatively pay by credit card, PayPal and direct debit (via PayPal guest access). Afterwards, you will immediately get access to all content and can get started without waiting. The dial-in data for the live sessions are also linked directly in the Founder Academy.
No prior knowledge is required. The program is designed in such a way that you can pick and choose for yourself, which input, topics, impulses, and modules are most relevant to you.
The only technical requirements required for the live sessions are internet access with a browser and MS Teams. The program is suitable for all devices, i.e. it can be accessed from a laptop as well as a smartphone or tablet.
