Purpose cannot be enforced top-down, but needs to be coordinated across all levels of an organization:

  • A company purpose, which integrates holistically with core company principles (vision, mission, strategy, and values) and is reflected in structure and processes
  • A team purpose with shared values and strengths with a purpose-driven leadership for engaged teams and effective collaboration
  • Individual purpose of a employees, who are supported and guided in their personal and professional development
3 layers of a purpose-driven organization

On the company level a shift towards a Purpose-driven Organization usually requires individual consulting and advisory.

On leadership level we train leaders to become lighthouse figures for engaged team collaboration and meaningful company culture through our Purpose-Driven Leadership programme. In addition to essential leadership skills, participants develop authentic leadership in order to effectively develop employees through healthy self-leadership and to create shared team purpose.

On the team level , the development of a team purpose can be partly standardized using proven concepts from research and practice, e.g. with our 1-2 day zentor Purpose Bootcamps.

On the individual level, the big questions for meaning and purpose in life can hardly be answered in a short seminar, naturally. Our interactive online course “Finding Purpose”, however, uses scientifically proven techniques to guide the search (remote or from home) for individual purpose and meaning in life over several weeks and lays the foundation for engaged and purpose-driven employees.
